The Victoria & District Golf Association was formed in 1932.
The purpose was to provide an organization to promote golf in the Victoria
Area. As the BCGA, Zone 5 and the Victoria And District involve the
same Member clubs, the Committees of both organizations are the same. This
joint Committee runs each of the organizations separately, both administratively
and financially. The Victoria & District Committee run many traditional
events and interclub competitions, specifically.

The Willie Park and Harry Young Junior and Senior Interclub

The City Open Buttons as well as the Junior and Senior Buttons

The Zone Committee is responsible for running the Junior, Amateur and Senior
Zone Championships.
