The mission of the Zone 5 Men's Executive Committee is to promote golf among the
clubs of Southern Vancouver Island and preserve the rich traditions this area
has produced over the past 100 years.
The Committee runs the following events:
- CHEK Vancouver Island Open
- Willie Park, Harry Young, Junior and Senior Interclubs
- City Open, Junior and Senior Buttons
- Frank Wakeham Junior Event
- Amateur, Senior, Junior Zone Championships
- Rules seminars
- Junior Player Development seminars
